The consultant will provide on-the-ground capacity strengthening in the area of financial management for USAID programs for up to 12 local partners in El Salvador. This includes a diverse level of organizations, from basic systems to more advanced help with indirect cost rates (NICRA), for example.
Spanish and English are required.
