The consultant will provide technical assistance in human resources and organizational strategy to a cohort of five local organizations in El Salvador in the form of 1:1 support, mentorship, workshops, staff training sessions, and other capacity strengthening services. The organizations span a broad spectrum of capacities, funding sources, and sectors. Some organizations lack HR policies and structures, while others may require support to improve their employee evaluation systems. A wide range of HR expertise is required to meet this expansive need—working with organizations that range from small start-up NGOs with a few employees to established organizations with more robust systems and over 100 staff. Consultant must live in El Salvador and/or be available to travel to El Salvador to meet with organizations and conduct the work. They do not need to remain in-country for the entire duration of the support delivery, estimated from May-June 2023.
Spanish and English fluency are required.
