The Executive Coach will conduct in-depth interviews with two senior USAID project leaders to discuss their roles and responsibilities; review and assess their roles and effectiveness with their staff; support and develop interpersonal communication strategies with their teams; partner with each leader to provide mentoring to help grow their skills in leadership, planning, problem-solving, management, and career development; and hold weekly coaching sessions. This role will be remote from April-July 2023, but with possible travel to Kisumu, Kenya.
