Live Recruit - Marketplace Managers (contingent on contract award)

Key Lime International, Inc is a US woman owned small business founded in 2018. Our senior leadership team brings nearly 70 years of experience leading business development, project management, and direct implementation for a dozen of USAID’s implementing partners. We recognize the market need for streamlining the process of identifying and mobilizing short-, medium-, and long-term consultants. We and our colleagues were spending far too much time scouring LinkedIn and reaching out to colleagues and friends with consulting opportunities, only to find out that many/most were not available when we needed them. Not to mention the paperwork! From Contracts to Finance, every department had an urgent form that needed completion. And then, a whole new round of forms started rolling in when it came time to close the assignment out. Oftentimes, multiple consultants were required at the same time, which meant additional forms, timesheets, invoices, and payment processing hoops to jump through. And thus, Keylime was born.

OUR VALUES

At our core, we are here to enable our clients’ workforces to increase focus on the life-changing international development work, and reduce the time spent on recruiting consultants and moving paperwork around today’s remote offices. Our values continue to drive our work:

  • Time is the ultimate commodity—use carefully, use wisely, reward directly
  • Technologically leading the way for the industry
  • We favor innovation and risk
  • Anything is possible with a thoughtful strategy
  • Things will go wrong. We will still be good partners. Together we will solve it.

OUR SERVICES

Keylime offers three distinct services, primarily to USAID implementing partners and USAID directly:

  • Keylime Marketplace – Fielding Consultants More Efficiently and Effectively.  Our original service offering continues to grow year-on-year. Since launching in 2018, the Keylime Marketplace has been used to deliver approximately 300 days of short-, medium-, and long-term consultants to 53 unique clients with a 81% repeat client rate.
  • Keylime Academy – Training for USAID and Implementing Partners. Through Keylime Academy, we deliver courses on USAID proposal writing, cost and pricing, recruitment, and compliance. Our courses are available to the public or as custom in-house offerings. Beginning in 2022, we have begun offerning one-on-one mentorship for international development professionals, which they can access using their professional development funds beneft.
  • Marketplace as a Service (MaaS) – Bespoke Online Platforms for STTA, Vendor, and Grants Pools. Keylime’s MaaS solution enables companies and non-profits to build a custom marketplace for their IDIQ, HQ, or project that can be launched in hours. Tailor designed for USAID programming, our marketplaces integrate into existing organizational systems, and include marketplace launch and management toolkits.
