The Innovative Finance Services Project (Innovative Finance) is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in Washington, DC. The goal of Innovative Finance is to provide technical assistance and training services related to innovative finance for USAID. As part of project activities, Innovative Finance requires periodic technical training services in order to deliver Performance Based Awards and Pay-for-Results trainings to USAID employees, virtually and in-person.
The selected Consultant will provide technical training services for “Pay-for-Results 201.” Course materials are fully developed. They will deliver the 32-hour course in person over 4 consecutive days (November 4-7) in Pretoria, South Africa, alongside a facilitator. At the conclusion of the course, the Consultant must prepare a summary report of training activities including an overall description of training delivery, any specific challenges and/or successes during implementation, and any recommended changes/adjustments to the course.
